Imagination helps in astral projection

This technique is very simple and usually it is for those who have good imagination. First you have to relax your body. This is a very important step.

Sit or lie down and take your mind for a walk.

Imagine that you are taking a walk somewhere no matter if the place is familiar or not familiar just follow your imagination not only mentally but energetically as well and focus on all the details if possible. Some people are even counting their steps and suddenly they are found in their astral body. To identify if you are close to the separation from your physical body in your astral body, the symptoms like hearing voices, buzzing noises, vibrations and rapid heartbeats can be observed. The astral projection may happen in the darkness as well. And you can do this method by focusing on the darkness behind your closed eyes. Stare and stay focused in the darkness until light patterns start to form. When light patterns start to form shapes then probably you are about to enter in the state of lucid dreaming which makes your astral body capable of traveling away from your physical body.
