Astral Technique III

This technique we have discussed earlier also. This technique just not make you realize your astral body and soul but it also makes you travel in astral plain. Before explaining this technique I do like to mention the limitation of human scientific knowledge. Early age humans were not even aware about the shape of the earth Since than human has made many discoveries and inventions but still its scientific knowledge is not beyond universe. According to the space scientist universe is expanding itself , it means something bigger than universe exists. Probability is there about existence of many universe in multiverse.

I have mentioned above because astral body travels at the speed of will. Is it possible to travel till super soul by an astral body? Is it possible for a human astral body to make love with a tree astral body?

Let's come back to point: Sit in the most comfortable position in a chair and try to bring whole body energy at one point of the body ( third eye or belly's button) continue bringing the whole body energy into one point for 5 to 7 mnts. Now throw whole of your body's energy at once out of your body. Try to go away from human body as far as possible. It may take few sessions to generate good result.

First time you will not be able to travel far away from human body but practicing it regularly can make you explore the astral plain.

Note:- None of the negative force or energy will interrupt or halt your astral body till the time you don't tease or interact with them. Please practice only one time every day not more.
