Astral Technique - II
This technique makes you see your astral body attached with your naval's center point. Astral body is a fog like human structure which has milky color.
In this technique : lay on the bed, close your eyes and take deep breath, repeat the deep breath process at least five times or more, till you find your body in completely relax mode. Please follow the path of air while inhaling or exhaling,
Once the body is completely relaxed, try to look at your body ( keep your eyes closed). Initially you will be able to visualize your face but in 5 to 7 mnts you will be able to see your face. The face will not be clearly visible but visible enough to recognize that it is your face till it becomes almost visible.
If you continue this practice for ten to twelve days regularly. You will see your astral body just above your belly.
Note:- Once you come out of this session your body will be heating and you will feel frightened. Whenever something happens first time with our body it reacts.
