Meat with your soul, the real you

Meditation is a path towards the divine power, meditation is not a destination but it is just a path. Meditation is a technique which makes you realize the real you, a soul and once you know it, you know God too. In reality you are a soul but you misunderstood yourself as body. Soul is super soul (God).

But we run away from reality to justify our actions and affections. After going through religious books, we become parrots. We chant the dialogues of the books without understanding it. In all the religious places I have always seen one thing written on the wall that is LOVE IS GOD. And on our planet most of the humans are attached with one or another religion. And history tells that none of us could ever understand the meaning of love. If few understood than they can be counted on fingers; History is full with the examples of wars but how many examples of true love are there.

To know the true love first of all we will have to learn to love ourselves. How many times do we praise ourselves or express love ourselves. Just stand in front of mirror say “I love you because you deserve it”. Being in love with oneself is the biggest asset of anyone’s life. When we love ourselves we find that everyone loves us and when we get love from everyone, we start loving everyone. Love is beyond borders, languages, religions and limitations.

This chapter is all about knowing the soul, the reality. Practice this technique to meet your soul; it is the spiritual exercise of 20 to 30 minutes. First of all sit in the most comfortable position or lay on the bed from the back side. Concentrate on path of respiration, check the inhaling and exhaling of the air, concentrate how air goes inside and comes out. Close your eyes gently, do not use any force. Chant in your heart “who I am” “who I am” “who I am” ( This will stop all other thoughts of the brain), carry on chanting as louder as you can in your heart, let each and every cell of body chant the same, it will take 5 to 7 minutes to reach into the meditative state. Now bring all your body energy to one place to do this first choose a point of the body, centre of forehead will be most suitable. Just divert energy from each and every part of body towards the centre of the forehead, from toes, from fingers, from arms, from legs, from chest etc, gather the whole body energy at the centre of the forehead, it will take 7 to 9 minutes to bring whole body energy at one point. Now make whole effort to throw the gathered energy out of your body, it may take few attempts to throw it out. As soon as it will be out of your body, you will be able to see your body. The energy is your soul. This will be your first interaction with your soul. Just keep on looking at your body for 2 to 3 minutes. At last bring that energy back into your body (if you sleep before this action the energy will automatically come back into your body.

Important Note: - This exercise is not for weak heart people. Choose a time when you are completely free because after this action you may feel highly exhausted, take two hours rest after this exercise.
